Information we collect

• When you call, text or email us. Your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your appliance and the problem, including photos you send.
• When you send a request through our online form. Your name, contact details, service address and details about the repair. The form is run by Jobber, our scheduling software.
• When you book through Thumbtack or another referral service. That service shares your request and contact details with us.
• When we do a repair. The appliance's brand and model, what we found and fixed, the price, the invoice and the payment record. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
• When you visit the website. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site: the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location based on your IP address, how you found us, and whether you tap the Call or Text buttons.

How we use it

• To answer your call or message, schedule and do the repair, and send estimates, invoices and receipts.
• To send appointment reminders and updates about your repair by text or email.
• To honor our warranty and keep a record of the work.
• To ask how the repair went and invite you to leave a review.
• To send occasional emails with news, offers and maintenance tips, if you agreed to receive them — for example, with the checkbox in our online form.
• To see which pages are useful and improve the website.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

Text messages

If you text us or give us your mobile number, we use it to talk to you about your repair: replies, appointment reminders and updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you.

We don't share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• Service providers that help us run the business: our scheduling and invoicing software (Jobber, which also hosts the Client Hub ↗ (opens in a new tab)), payment processing, phone, text and email services, and Google Analytics. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.
• Your building's management, when you ask us to send a certificate of insurance or arrange access for your repair.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.

Google Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser and sends information about your visit to Google. Google handles it under its own policies — see how Google uses information from sites that use its services ↗ (opens in a new tab).

To opt out, block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on ↗ (opens in a new tab). The site works the same without cookies. It doesn't respond to Do Not Track browser signals; these options work instead.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records — contact details, service history and invoices — as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. Google keeps analytics data under its own retention rules.

Your choices

• Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: email info@ever-pulse.com or call (786) 460-2020. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for tax and legal reasons.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any of them, or just tell us. You'll still get messages about a repair you booked.
• Stop texts by replying STOP. To stop other emails, reply and tell us.
• Opt out of Google Analytics as described above.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and limit access to what's needed to serve you. No method of storing or sending information is 100% secure.

Children

Our services and this website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Other websites

Our site links to other sites, such as Google, Thumbtack and the Jobber Client Hub. Their privacy policies apply there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
