Before we get there
Water leaking?
Turn off the water valve to the appliance and unplug it. In a condo, a small leak can reach the unit below fast.
Burning smell?
Unplug the appliance or switch off its breaker, and don't use it until it's checked.
Fridge stopped cooling?
Keep the doors closed: a closed fridge keeps food cold for about 4 hours, a full freezer about 48.
Live in a condo? We'll send your building a certificate of insurance (COI) and work around elevator reservations.

What if I decide not to repair it?+
You only pay the $79 service call. No pressure.
What does the 180-day warranty cover?+
Parts and labor. If the same problem comes back within 180 days, we fix it at no charge. Rare exceptions are discussed with you before the repair.
What if a part has to be ordered?+
You'll know the price first. Parts usually arrive in 1–3 days, and the return visit is free. Most repairs — 85%+ — are done on the first visit.
Do you work in condos?+
Yes. We send a COI to your building and coordinate elevator access with management.
How can I pay?+
